Lift strong is a transformative 7 week strength program designed to build muscle, increase endurance, and enhance overall body strength.
each week focuses on progressive overload, increasing intensity and volume of your workouts.
by the end of the 7 weeks, you will feel stronger, more confident, and have a greater understanding of strength training principles.

Lift 360 (Tuesday)
a TOTAL BODY, HIGH REP, SWEAT SESH. LIFT 360 IS AN INTENSE FULL BODY WORKOUT DESIGNED TO CHALLENGE EVERY MUSCLE GROUP IN A HIGH REP RANGE.
THIS CLASS IS PERFECT FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BUILD ENDURANCE AND BREAK A SERIOUS SWEAT.

sTEP cLASS IS A HIGH ENERGY CARDIO WORKOUT! THE WORKOUTS ARE DESIGNED TO WORK ON CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE, AGILITY, COORDINATION, AND BURN SOME SERIOUS CALORIES.

Plyo lift is a challenging total body workout that combines the explosive power of a plyo box with the strength building benefits of dumbells and resistance bands.
