AS A STAY AT HOME MOM WITH 3 KIDS IN SCHOOL, I WANTED TO BE A PART OF SOMETHING THAT HELD ME ACCOUNTABLE, SOMETHING TO KEEP ME BUSY & CONSISTENT. SO, I JOINED GROUP FITNESS AND ABSOLUTELY FELL IN LOVE.
AFTER 10 YEARS IN THE FITNESS COMMUNITY, I KNEW I WANTED TO MAKE OTHER PEOPLE FEEL THE WAY I FELT. I WANTED TO CREATE A FITNESS COMMUNITY FOR WOMEN OF ALL AGES AND ABILITY LEVELS TO FEEL COMFORTABLE & STRONG.
INSTEAD OF JUST TRYING TO SELL A PROGRAM OR MEMBERSHIP, I WANTED TO CREATE A LIFE STYLE OR A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AND HAVE WOMEN IN MY CLASSES MAKE CONNECTIONS WITH OTHER LIKE-MINDED WOMEN.
AS WOMEN, WE’RE BUSY. WE WANT TO ENJOY THE TIME WE HAVE FOR OURSELVES.
GETTING FIT ALONG THE WAY IS JUST A BONUS.
